We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for individual treatments, and a 72 hour cancellation policy for any spa package, spa connection, and party bookings. Failure to do so will result in a 50 percent charge. A credit card is required to hold all services over $100. 

Packages are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance (especially when booking large groups).

All rates are per person and are subject to applicable taxes.
